Meet Odi
At SELFISH, I am devoted to empowering individuals through dedicated therapeutic support. Based in Philadelphia, I specialize in creating a safe and nurturing environment for emotional healing and personal growth.

As an avid reader, I am fascinated by the origin of words as they often tell a richer story than the definition of the word itself. The word selfish is an English compound word of Germanic origin, literally meaning "to belong to or to have the characteristics of the self."
When we experience trauma, we are often separated from the "self"--thus, we begin seeking it in ways that are consistently harmful to us. During this journey, we often learn that we are unworthy: unworthy of love, unworthy of peace, and unworthy of value. My job is simple: I help you to recover the self that is worthy.

By learning how to clearly define and communicate your wants, needs & desires, building more effective boundaries, and rewriting the narrative that trauma has left behind? I teach you how to step into the you that is not afraid to take up space--as your most authentic self.

As a trauma trained therapist with over 10,000 hours of clinical practice, I cultivate a space for you that is tailored to your experience. Whether you are a chronic people pleaser, value compromiser, or somebody who's just trying to learn how to assert their boundaries without guilt--I can teach you how to find the secret to your sauce. Let's get to work.
