Refund & Cancellation Policy (Pennsylvania | Digital & Services)
1:1 Therapy/Coaching (12-week program/Weekly Plan)

Pay-in-full ($1,600): If you cancel and disenroll before your first session, we will refund the amount less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

Weekly plan ($150/session): You pay per session, before the session commences. If the card utilized/card on file has insufficient funds, you will not be able to commence the next session until your previous balance is paid in full.

Cancellations: Please cancel/reschedule ≥24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee. No refunds for late cancels/no-shows, except for documented emergencies at our discretion.

Completed sessions are non-refundable. Professional time and preparation are delivered in the session.

Regulatory note (PA): We follow fair dealing norms consistent with Pennsylvania consumer law (UTPCPL). Nothing here waives your statutory rights, if applicable.
Group Program (Patreon)

Monthly subscription ($47): Managed by Patreon. You may cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle in your Patreon account settings.

Partial month refunds are not provided. Access continues through the paid period; then ends on cancellation.
Digital Products (Workbooks, PDFs, curricula)

Instant access: Because digital files are delivered immediately, all sales are final once the download link is issued or content is accessed.

EU/UK consumers: If you are in the EU/UK and purchase a digital product, you typically have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right unless you consent to immediate download, which waives the right. Where required, we obtain your explicit consent at checkout in line with EU consumer rules. (GDPR governs data privacy; consumer withdrawal rights are separate.)
