Who we serve & what we offer

Therapy (PA only): Individual psychotherapy/teletherapy is offered only to clients located in Pennsylvania and only within the scope permitted by Pennsylvania law and board rules, including telehealth guidance. Coaching (US/global): Life coaching and educational services are available more broadly but are not therapy and do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Group program: Hosted on Patreon; this is an educational/coaching community, not therapy or crisis care.

Digital products: Workbooks and curricula delivered digitally.

Important status notice: The provider is a therapist who is not yet licensed for independent practice. They are completing the final educational requirement for licensure in Pennsylvania and have accrued 10,000+ supervised clinical hours through work at Full Being Services (Philadelphia, PA). Therapy services are delivered in compliance with supervision, confidentiality, and mandatory reporting laws.

You agree not to misuse the Website/Services, scrape content, or share paid materials publicly.

You agree to seek emergency/urgent care via 988 (US), 911, or local emergency services. This Website/Services are not for crisis response.

Confidentiality (therapy): Therapy clients’ PHI is handled under HIPAA standards. HIPAA sets a federal floor for privacy and permitted uses/disclosures of PHI.

Limits of confidentiality: We may disclose information as required by law, including (a) duty to protect/warn an identifiable third party of a credible threat as recognized in Emerich v. Philadelphia Center for Human Development (Pa. 1998), and (b) mandatory reporting under PA’s Child Protective Services Law (CPSL).

Telehealth: You consent to risks/benefits and agree to be physically located in PA when receiving therapy. See PA telemedicine guidance and current state policy resources.

Payments, billing & access

1:1 Program (12 weeks): $1,600 pay-in-full or $150/session weekly. Sessions are 60 min on Zoom; between-session text support and homework included.

Group (Patreon): $47/month (billed by Patreon). Cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle; access ends when membership ends.

Digital products: Delivered via download or email link. Access is for your personal, non-transferable use.

Cancellations & refunds

No refunds for completed sessions. Late-cancel/no-show fees may apply (see Refund Policy).

Intellectual property
​
All content (workbooks, curricula, videos, posts) is owned/licensed by the Company. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license. No resale, distribution, or public posting.

GDPR for EU/UK visitors
​
If you are in the EU/UK, we act as “data controller” for Website data (and “business associate/covered entity” under HIPAA for therapy PHI). Legal bases for processing may include consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests (Art. 6 GDPR). You have rights to access/rectify/erase, data portability, restrict/oppose processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (Arts. 13–22 GDPR). We strive to comply with Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (UTPCPL) and to avoid deceptive or unfair acts.

Governing law; venue
​
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts rules. Exclusive venue: state/federal courts located in Philadelphia County, PA.
